print/p910nd: Moved to github

The distfiles were moved to github, so change the port accordingly.
Other changes:

• Build via embedded gmake Makefile
• Add LICENSE file path
• Remove scripts from pkg-plist (not in the distribution anymore)
• Smaller manpage fixes
