x11/kitty: Update to 0.29.0

• Remove patches merged by upstream
• Update lib dependencies
• Pet portfmt/portclippy/portlint
• Add option DOCS
• Don't install all files in $PREFIX/lib/kitty, but in the canonical directories DATADIR, DESKTOPDIR, etc.
• Add a couple of patch to fix some links in the documentation. Error shown:
