net/freeswitch: Fix dependency

• There was a LIB_DEPENDS to postgresql12-client and also USES=pgsql for OPTIONS_DEFAULT PGSQL which caused a recursive dependency cylle to trigger rebuild everytime poudriere is being run.
• Although in previous commits it was mentioned that it builds fine with i386 that is not the case. It still fails to build 12.4-RELEASE i386
