kde.mk: clean up

• Rework USE_KDE components: rearrange components, remove stale items and duplication, add useful components lost with the migration to KF6. Introduce _USE_GEAR_ and _USE_KDE_EXTRA groups.
• Remove not used anymore KDE_APPLICATIONS5_* variables.
