net-mgmt/victoria-metrics: update VictoriaMetrics to version 1.86.1

Starting with version 1.85.1, `ports-mgmt/modules2tuple' generates
GH_TUPLE bundle which is not fetchable unless the following entries
are removed first (trimmed for brevity):

googleapis:google-cloud-go:v0.2.3:...
open-telemetry:opentelemetry-go-contrib:v0.37.0:...
open-telemetry:opentelemetry-go:v0.34.0:...

Fortunately, doing so does not seem to affect the build process in
a(ny) noticeable way.
