update apsfilter to latest patchlevel

• new URL -> http://people.freebsd.org/~andreas
• make-release: generate more diffs (every release to latest) and patch from latest to head branch
• Added files with an up to date printer list for gs 5.50 and 6.01 SETUP will be modified later...
