www/qutebrowser: remove dependency on alsa-plugins

The dependency was added in D14723 to fix a sound problem, which was
later fixed propperly in r488741 by adding the dependency in
qt-webengine if the ALSA option is on, but the unnessary dependency in
qutebrowser wasn't removed then.
