multimedia/audacious*: Update to 4.4

Upstream moved to qt6 and gtk3 as main UI, so make that the default
flavor.

Cleaned up Makefile, reordering variables according to best practices
and reordered/reflowed content of many variables.

Please check UPDATING if already using the qt6 flavor.
