Summary

This patch shuffles some text in the ports section of the Handbook.

The presentation assumes more knowledge on the part of a new user to FreeBSD than it should.

In good writing, concepts should always be introduced before being discussed. The current presentation mixes them. The new order introduces applications, then ports, then packages, and then elaborates on the difference between packages and ports.

90% of the content is merely moved. Some editing for clarity is included.

Typo: adapated.

"...on &os;, the source code might need editing for it to install and run properly."

Can we remove this paragraph entirely?

Trying to think of a way to say this more simply. How about:
"The Ports Collection contains directories for software categories. Inside each category are subdirectories for each application. The application subdirectories contain a set..."

Actually I believe it should remain. It introduces the concept that not every port maybe packaged.

Incorporates feedback.

Deletes a line that is now redundant (first introduction of category subdirectories). It is already explained better, below the two Procedures.

"Each application" is repeated here, but it's not a huge thing.
