Summary

Since Parse::CPAN::Meta 1.4420 has been merged into CPAN::Meta 2.150008,
I would like to deprecate devel/p5-Parse-CPAN-Meta and update
devel/p5-File-Find-Rule-Perl to use devel/p5-CPAN-Meta 2.150010+.
