Summary

Rewrote the section on parallelism in response to bug #211949:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=211949

Removed apparent self-defeating suggestion (add $$$$ to file names) as unnecessary. Reworded the entire section in an attempt to clarify some of the stated issues with PMake.
