sysutils/ngbuddy: Update to 1.1

Summary

Update sysutils/ngbuddy from 1.0 to 1.1.

Changes:

Handle interface and netgraph name mismatches such as dotted interface (VLAN) clones.
Prefer "uplink" for less noisy MAC tables.
Fix default network detection on hosts with both IPv4 and IPv6 default routes.
Add retry handling for concurrent startup.
Improve FreeBSD 14 bridge handling and LRO/TSO configuration.
Improve error handling and documentation.
