Summary

Waiting on https://github.com/thomiceli/opengist/pull/768 before we can merge this. I have set it up with a tarball living on my fork, once the upstream merge is done, and a new release is generated, we need to tweak the port to use their version.

Remove assets dir, they are already bundled in the binary
Fix the broken rc service that would not shut down correctly
Move the pidfiles to /var/run/ to avoid needing to create a dir
