www/opengist: Update to v1.14.0

Summary

Waiting on https://github.com/thomiceli/opengist/pull/768 before we can merge this. I have set it up with a tarball living on my fork, once the upstream merge is done, and a new release is generated, we need to tweak the port to use their version.

• Remove assets dir, they are already bundled in the binary
• Fix the broken rc service that would not shut down correctly
• Move the pidfiles to /var/run/ to avoid needing to create a dir

The package build and installed correctly. I also tested out the web UI and it seems to be working as expected.

@dch dont worry about bumping, once this is merged, I can bump it to the latest v1.15.1
