Summary

Update www/otter-browser to it's new beta

Update Otter to it's Beta 9.

I'm skipping beta 8 because beta 9 is already out. QtXmlPatterns dependency crawled in, otherwise this update is quite simple from a PORTS point of view. The diff is area51's r11778.

Test Plan

Apply the patch with svn patch and build/package/use otter-browser.
