Summary

HandBrake 1.4.2 has been released.
This patch upgrades multimedia/handbrake port to 1.4.2.

I changed MASTER_SITES to obtain the source tarball from github CDN.
The source tarball contains 'version.txt', so we can omit the 'version.txt' from Ports tree.

Test Plan
  • build successfully on amd64&i386 for FreeBSD current/13.0/12.2.
  • works on amd64.

Yes, I think so.
1.4.2 should be more stable about QSV encoding.
