STAGEification incomplete... clean up the .packlist as well to fix

Seems like it also complains about perllocal.pod.gz being leftover. Looking at another port, they just delete it in the post-stage section

@${RM} -f ${STAGEDIR}${PREFIX}/lib/perl5/${PERL_VER}/${PERL_ARCH}/perllocal.pod*

Also remove perllocal.pod file (found by check-orphans)... thanks skreuzer.
