Summary

• Update to b0113ada
• MASTER_SITES URL changed (removed the gitlab) due to host changes
• tar file now extracts to tt-rss-$URLref-$fullcommitid/ ; without

having to apply a bunch of hacks to work around this just use the full
commit has in GL_TAGNAME and use it in WRKSRC

Test Plan

Rebuild with poudriere testport and bulk to produce a package.
Install final package in 11amd64 jail running apache24
I'd like to confirm the new extract dir is consistent with the above claim "tt-rss-$URLref-$fullcommitid"

• I've seen tt-rss-master-$fullcommitid however I think this was due to a typo in on the command-line.
• Wait for the new commits to confirm with 'tar -tvf file' tt-rss-$URLreg-$fullcommitid claim remains:

tt-rss-b0113ada...-b0113ada.../
