Add support of databases/libgda6 and databases/libgda6-ui

Summary

As I'm working on update to the latest release (44.2) of the GNOME desktop (I'm already running it). This update adds support of databases/libgda6 and it slave port databases/libgda6-ui.

These ports have been tested with the latest release (1.12.55) of math/gnumeric. I can provide patch too.

While I'm here, there are other changes:

• update pkg-descr in databases/libgda5 it follows README of repository
• reorganize components (move to the right section) in Mk/Uses/gnome.mk
