Renaming them with prefix 'cr_cansee' causes confusion because they only return whether a specific policy denies access, so a return value of 0 does not actually indicate that some subject is authorized to access another subject or object in a particular situation. So remove the 'can' part to closely match the sysctl names (after the 'security.bsd' node), which has the side-effect of renaming back the oldest of them and making the names of their manual pages actual again.
