Add `textproc/node2-re`, a Node.js bindings for `devel/re2`. This port is needed by upcoming `textproc/kibana7` update. **NOTE: As of now, when building in poudriere, networking must be allowed for this package to build, as **`npm rebuild`** does some network lookups.**
