As the file was not there so I have created the file with minimal information and my updates.

- Split into different files - As I am also here mention about multiple staffs in CI and also all of the CI works are mentioned in the CI status report. So refer to them. - Added a ports file where I have mentioned the work I have done for the ports. - Added a cluster file where I have mentioned about deploying the Grimoirelab. - Totally skipped mentioning about CIS as it does not fall in any groups.
