- Verified some HFSC configs, both over and under 2^32 - 1 bps, rate control traffic as expected (so far up to about 9 Gbps). - Verified backwards-compatibility works as expected by running an older pfctl against the patched kernel, as well as a patched pfctl. - Verified clean world and kernel builds with and without ALTQ enabled in the kernel configs. - Have not yet tested ports builds (pfstat, pftop) for backwards compat. - Need to test more pf configurations. - Need to do a universe build
