We have now cherry-pickNow that we have updated the necessaryin-tree version of LLVM changes to use Clang+LLD asto 10.0, we have all the
the default toolchain for MIPS64.
I've also enabled Clang+LLD for MIPS32 in this change but I haven't confirmed
yet that it worksnecessary LLVM changes to use Clang+LLD as the default toolchain for MIPS.
I am not sure what to do about MIPS n32. It might work with clang but
since I haven't tested it (and don't intend to any time soon) I've
marked it as still depending on GCC.
