Stop passing -me500 to the assembler for Book-E kernels

Description

Stop passing -me500 to the assembler for Book-E kernels

We already pass -many to the assembler, and -me500 drops 64-bit instruction
handling, for some reason only breaking module building for 64-bit kernels.

Additionally, build with CTF for dtrace.
