This patch fixed regression that was discovered during workload testing across various guest operating systems (as pointed out by @chuck above).

When patched against stable-20210923 snapshot, an undeclared identifier error occurred during build of buildkernel. This could be due to typo of psize.

Reverting to 13-HEAD (360647) and applying this patch, OpenBSD UEFI console works as per bare metal and the same as the 11.3 test above. Additional testing of other SMP guests such as Windows Server 2016 and Ubuntu 20.04/18.04 work and perform as intended.
Confirmed working ok in 11.3-RELEASE+patches with OpenBSD 6.6/6.7-current, Windows Server 2016 and Ubuntu 20.04 in single socket or SMP configurations.

Build: OK
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Live Server install: OK, no crashing.
Other notes: No longer getting storage errors during the install.
Error during build below. Removed the assert and everything built cleanly. However, Ubuntu 20.04 Server live installer still fell over when > 1 vCPU
