Seems like the library is no less functional in FreeBSD 14. At least I wasn't able to see meaningful differences between FreeBSD 14 and 15 when comparing using git diff.

Rebase, add CONFLICTS_* with efivar, add RUN_DEPENDS on bsdisks

Updated a comment in devel/gnu-efi, also rebased
