sysutils/gigolo: drop ONLY_FOR_ARCHS restriction

With nine items currently on this list, it had clearly outgrown the
intended purpose of this knob.

Also, "does not compile" is not valid ONLY_FOR_ARCHS_REASON, that's
what BROKEN is for.
