sys/queue.h: move trashing from SLIST_REMOVE to REMOVE_AFTER, REMOVE_HEAD

SLIST_REMOVE calls either REMOVE_AFTER or REMOVE_HEAD to do the job.
But those two macros can be used independently as well.
