R11:b58cd2fcc059: net/nfstrace: Fix build with json-c 0.19

Summary

json-c 0.19 added static inline accessors to <json-c/linkhash.h>,
which trip -Werror -Wunused-function in the bundled JSON analyzer.
Add -Wno-unused-function to CFLAGS.
