Summary

Add dma_sync_sg_for_{cpu, device} and dma_sync_sgtable_for_{cpu,
device}. These functions are useful for my GSoC 2026 project, udmabuf.

sys/compat/linuxkpi/common/src/linux_pci.c
1899	I assume this is an internal helper function and not a public Linux KPI (dma_sync_sg()). Then it should be called lkpi_dma_sync_sg()
