Details The new major 10.9 release of Budgie desktop, requires a new library libxfce4windowing. This patch add x11/libxfce4windowing-devel port. There is "-devel" suffix because I know 4.19.x versions are unstables releases. I use this desktop for a couple of days, and I noticed no regression.
