https://archive.apache.org/dist/ is a bit different as it doesn't share the same contents as the other "release" mirrors so it shouldn't be in the list. I'm working on converting ports that depends on that specific site.

This has been on debate for ages and I'm trying to please everyone :-)
I think the 4+4+2 formula is "good enough" in that regard
