multimedia/handbrake: update to 1.4.1

Summary

This patch upgrade multimedia/handbrake port to 1.4.1.

I added new patch patch-scripts_repo-info.sh that force to fail repo-info.sh script.
HandBrake configure script will fall back to read version.txt to see the number of the HandBrake version.

FreeBSD Ports repository has been switch to git.
repo-info.sh reads the commit hash of Ports tree.
It is nonsense to HandBrake version.

Test Plan

• Build successfully for FreeBSD 13.0, 12.2 and 11.4 on amd64 and i386.
• works on amd64.
