Summary

building ffmpeg in poudriere (with some stale options), I discovered that
ffmpeg (and, similarly, ffmpeg26) can't be built with having both OPENSSL and
GNUTLS on.

Hence, make both ports define an OPTIONS_SINGLE for this case.
