According to the netdata docs,
https://docs.netdata.cloud/packaging/installer/#install-netdata
it can use devel/judy if it's found. Building from ports will use it, so it's better to have it listed explicitly.
(PS: I tried to build 1.16, but can't get around protobuf build failures in the new prometheus exporter..)
