createdbybye: remove 'Created by' lines

Summary

• Remove the Created by lines from the Ports tree
• People who want to have their name attached can do this via the MAINTAINER field :)

No, please don't do this. Those lines were put there for a reason and removal is supposed to be opt-in, not opt-out. I am opposed to this on principle.

I do not think portmgr's view will have changed in a year. Or five.

We all agree that those lines are optional. But that's it, they are optional, not forbidden, or frowned upon.
