While I'm here:

• Remove unifi{2-4}- from CONFLICTS - these ports no longer exist in the ports tree
• Do some spring cleaning by grouping/rearranging some variables to their proposed blocks
• Pet portlint

Test Plan

• poudriere -> not buildable due the licence restrictions of net-mgmt/unifi-devel
• Build in a 11.2-RELEASE amd64 jail -> OK
• portlint -> OK (still complains that RUN_DEPENDS and USES have to be declared earlier. Moving RESTRICTED further down would solve that.)
