More Core alumni document cleanup

Summary

Add some missing dates for Core terms, fix sorting. The ordering seemed to be mostly be by reverse chronological order based on the end-of-term date, then by first name, so I applied that to the rest of the document.

Apologies. This really should be submitted as two diffs to make reading easier. One diff for the missing dates, and one for the sorting. I haven't yet had a chance to prepare a git clone of the doc repo to get local branches to make this sort of organization easier.

Also, I assume that current core members should still have an alumni entry, but it should not list their previous term(s) if they connect with the current term.

Not really. A commit by @jhb fixed the problems with dates. Updating the sorting to be consistent in this and other pages could still be useful, but I'm not sure when I will get to that.
