Just a short ping to portmgr. Since adding flavors to a port currently needs approval by portmgr.

The embargo is on adding FLAVORS to a new port, so that it is not done badly, or not abused. Here, you are using the automatic PHP flavors, which already works correctly, no need to ask for permission. The only thing that you need to think about is on using PKGNAMESUFFIX or PKGNAMEPREFIX, as described in the Porter's Handbook, which we can't help you with as we have no idea what this is.
