For "Test plan", could you also mention whether portlint -C is happy (there can be spurious errors/warnings) and whether poudriere testport for 10/11 i386/amd64 passed?

@mat, is my interpretation of Chapter 14 (and 14.7) of the Porter's Handbook that it's (now) preferred to have these in one USES/USE_ block?
